During the program students take one compulsory subject (Selected chapters in mathematics), 4 optional ones and one seminar. Each subject lasts one year (60 hours). Optional subjects can be chosen also from other faculties postgraduate programs.
Students with supervisors from LMSC & LAMS usually take the subjects, which give them an extensive knowledge and advances in the field of control engineering:
- Selected chapters from modelling and identification
- Selected chapters from adaptive and predictive control
- Selected chapters from control theory
- Modelling, simulation and control of hybrid systems
Students from other faculties postgraduate programs are also welcome to choose one or two subjects from the area of control engineering as professors can appropriately adapt subjects giving them more fundamental knowledge in the field of modelling, simulation and control.
With regard to possibilities related with current international relations or projects of LMSC & LAMS or in the frame of Socrates-Erasmus program students can spend a period of their postgraduate study abroad.
