Registration and fees

Registration is required for all Congress participants and accompanying persons. The recommended option to register is via the internet. This registration has nothing to do with submission of papers and reviewing process. This is implemented with another conference management system – see submission.

The organiser will publish only papers submitted by authors, who will settle their registration fee by 15 July 2007.

* Bachelor and Master only, a copy of student status certificate should be enclosed with the registration form and the original presented at the registration desk. Only for papers in the Student competition session, not for regular papers, posters, special session papers!!!

** Author is presenting author of two contributions and pay reduced fee for the second contribution. First and second contributions can be: tutorial, regular paper, poster or paper in special session.

• Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s)

• For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
• Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
• VAT (20%) is included in the registration fee

Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations of Congress registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 20 July 2007 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Symposium. Cancellation received after 20 July 2007 will not be refunded.
