Second cycle Academic (Master) study Electrotechnics lasts 2 years and has 120 ECTS. The graduates obtain practical and theoretical skill and knowledge for employment or for the continuation on the 3rd cycle Doctoral study.
The track Control systems and computer engineering deals with computer systems design for monitoring, supervision and automatic control of processes and tasks in technical systems. The students analyse the dynamic systems behaviour through modelling and simulation, design control systems using advanced intelligent methods, study modern measurement methods, embedded systems, computer vision as well as visual and speech technologies. The earned knowledge is applicable on the areas of autonomous mobile systems development, in the optimization and control of process, production and logistic systems, in the intelligent and biometric systems design and in numerous interdisciplinary areas.
